This house was built in 1981 by local architect, adopting Spanish style combine with colonial style. This split level house land in 1200 square meters with living area 315 square meters. The house position right on the corner gives good spot for the house.
The house also survives the disaster from tsunami in December 2004 and then rented by one of big contractor company_Parsons Global, when they made a reconstructions project (Aceh Roads) after tsunami in aceh for 4 years (year 2006 – 2010).
This house is ideal for living, because the neighborhood is really good, also ideal for office with large parking area (which used by Parsons before).
